Glass Tile Production Process
It takes many step to produce a square foot of Glass Tile. The mosaics are made from a piece of large non-color glass plate. And first we will paint the color we need at the back of the glass plate. After that, the painted glass plate will go through a very high temperature oven. The color will then burned inside with the glass plate. Then the color plate will transfer to the glass cutting machine. Cutting into the desire mosaic sizes. Then our workers will start to mixing and arranging the mosaic on the mould according to the customers requests.

New Home interior Decoration
Want to decorate your living room and make is look more spacious and modern?
How to decorate the big plain wall of your living room?
It would be quite expensive to hire a interior designer to help you to design your new home. What if you don't have the budget but still want to make the wall look great and not boring?
I am helping my brother to design for his new sweet home. We are not professional in interior design. But with a little bit creativity and by searching some reference on the internet. We have came out some draft idea about how to decorate the living room wall.
To make the room look more spacious. We are thinking to use mirrors. But instead of using a large piece of wall mirror. We are planning to sub-divide the mirror into 10 pieces and pattern in straight running bond pattern.
For the flooring, we are thinking of using milky white stone tile, which you never found difficulty in match color with the white color. and for the small space in Hong Kong, light color floor would make the room look even bigger.
We would like to made use of some mosaics. Recently we found a new stone and glass tile which look really nice and great. So we decided to use it as a stripe of boarder in the living room.
Last, lightning also play an important role in home decoration. So adding some yellow light bulb and a light track on the upper part of the room would actually make the room have two different feeling with and without the lightning.
Gather all the ideas. I made a draft layout for my design.
